There is still a big hope that millions will receive stimulus checks and other relief aids before the November Presidential election. Amid the stimulus negotiations between the White House and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, there are three ways on how you can get your relief aids.

1. Congress Should Agree on a Stimulus Deal

The Democratic-dominated Congress should come up with a bill that has strong bipartisan support. Political disagreement in Congress is already common. However, this is not the time to have a division in the House based on party and color. This is a time to unite and come up with an agreement.

The House of Representatives should prioritize the urgent relief aids that Americans and other qualified individuals need like stimulus checks, unemployment benefits, and PPP loans. These three will help residents in the country to meet their daily needs and expenses.

These three relief aids should be prioritized and be approved while waiting for a bigger stimulus package with a larger amount and higher value. Through this, millions of Americans will be saved from hunger and economic devastation of the pandemic. Most of all, this will also help the economy to work.

2. Senate Republicans Should Support a Larger Amount

The second reason why until now the stimulus bill is not turned into law is because of the resistance of the Senate Republicans to embrace a larger amount. The Senate Republicans recently offered an amount of $600 billion while the White House has offered this week over $1.6 trillion.

Only if House Speaker Nancy Pelosi agreed on the stimulus offer of the White House, the Internal Service Revenue could start to send the stimulus checks to millions of Americans right after Pres. Trump will sign it. The IRS already said that they are ready anytime t send the money.

This is the time that Senate Republicans should support the almost $1.5 trillion stimulus package that the White House offered to Pelosi. The additional relief money could be added after the election. The most important thing right now is to reach the stimulus deal.

3. Trump May Use His Executive Power

Pres. Donald Trump can release and divert funds as stimulus checks or any other form of relief aids. It can be remembered that he issued an executive order that mandated the Federal Emergency Management Agency to use its unspent budget for the unemployment benefits.

Moreover, it can also be recounted that White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow said that Trump's administration has billions of dollars left that they plan to release. There are speculations that the money will be sent as PPP loans and stimulus checks.

Even though the executive power of the president has limitations but his administration is looking for a legal way on how to release the stimulus money.
