President Donald Trump returns on his campaign trail on Monday. He told a packed outdoor rally in Florida that he feels "powerful" after his fight with the coronavirus.

During the breakneck campaign launch that runs until the Nov. 3 elections, Trump talked to the audience for an hour.

Maskless President Trump continued to talk during his usual stump address. But he did focus on the condition that just about a week earlier contributed to him being hospitalized. He said he already feels fine.

"I feel so powerful," Trump said. He issued such a statement Just hours after his doctor said he had screened negative and no longer deemed contagious for COVID-19. "I'll walk into that audience, I'll kiss everyone in that audience," he added.

White House doctor, Sean Conley, said Monday that the President had tested negative for COVID-19 "consecutive days" using a rapid test. However, those tests have a larger risk of false negatives.

Despite these statements, concerns exist regarding the President's health and the seriousness of his coronavirus effects. Health professionals have voiced skepticism about the argument that Trump is no longer contagious.

Guidance from the Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention suggests that those who test positive for COVID-19 should be isolated for at least ten days after symptoms occur.

However, the agency acknowledges that those with serious illness will need to be separated for up to 20 days. These include patients admitted to a hospital who need oxygen.

Did Trump just downplay COVID-19 risks again?

He assured the Americans should not be scared of COVID-19. Trump, who had ridiculed the use of face masks while hosting big political gatherings during the pandemic, used the event to criticize Biden's efforts in deterring the outbreak.

He referred to the use of virtual distancing circles by the former vice president to keep citizens healthy.

"The other guy gets out there, and they work and work and work, and 30 people show up and they put 'em in those crazy circles," Trump said. He added the opposition only have those circles since that's the only way they can fill up the room."

Biden denounced Trump's attempts to stump before audiences at an appearance in Ohio. He claimed the President's behavior has been "unconscionable" after being diagnosed with COVID-19.

The more Donald Trump is President, Biden added, the "more reckless" he appears to have gotten.

The President addressed that desire to get back on the campaign trail on Monday, saying that he had to take risks as the country's leader and appear before his supporters.

Trump said he locked up himself in his basement after being diagnosed with coronavirus. He assured it won't happen. "It's risky, but you've got to get out," he noted.
