Update: The Chase.com website is no longer down. No word on the cause of the outage.

While there is still no word as to why Chase.com is currently down, patience among customers is running low.

Customers have taken to Twitter and other social media platforms to express their displeasure with the site's malfunctions. Customers are unhappy because they are unable to pay bills online -- and they claim that this problem happens far too often.

A tweet from Sarah Kayton (@Saricimo) said, "Dear #Chase having online bill pay is not a benefit to my account if your site is down every time I need to pay bills!!! So frustrating!!!!"

Pete Quinn (@Petequinn): "Yet again #Chase online is down. @ChaseSupport what is going on? Apparently you guys aren't too big to #fail because it happens a lot."

The comments and concerns have also been flowing in from other sites. Isitdownrightnow.com has a plethora of comments, many of which are laced with profanity and exclamation marks.

"What is the deal with Chase website? If it's not the mobile app being "temporarily unavailable" it's the website not loading. It's time to change banks I do believe!" said one comment. "The worst online banking service I can remember," said another. "Can't wait to get my business account transferred."

In March, the Chase Bank site went down to a denial-of-service attack carried out by the al-Qassam Cyber Fighters, a group of hackers that take down websites in retaliation for what they consider to be insults against Islam by Western nations.
