Oscar winner Ben Affleck has praised his ex-fiancée, Jennifer Lopez, for her youthful beauty and dedication to her career in an interview. 

Affleck's comment follows other artists and personalities, who spoke with InStyle, talking about how Jennifer Lopez became a hit in the entertainment industry.

Ben Affleck has nothing to say but nice things about Jennifer Lopez, especially regarding her work ethic and her exquisite beauty, according to a Yahoo! Entertainment report. 

Affleck is one of Lopez's friends who were interviewed by the magazine and gave their sentiments and feelings about the Latina singer and dancer.

Ben Affleck on Jennifer Lopez

"Where are you keeping the fountain of youth?" asked Affleck, adding that Lopez still looks the same as she did in 2003.

Ben Affleck quipped that he looks like he was in his 40s at his best. Lopez responded by saying that the 48-year-old actor was funny. Lopez also applauded Affleck's appearance complimenting her ex-fiancé that he still looks pretty good.

The JLo Beauty founder noted that she is "in the best shape" of her life at age 51. She said she used to work out in her 20s and 30s, but emphasized that she works out "harder and smarter" now.

"And it doesn't take me as long as it did in the past," said Lopez in her interview with InStyle. Jennifer Lopez also highlighted that she works out for her health more than for her looks.

"When you do things for the right reasons, you actually look better," she noted.

Ben Affleck said Lopez remains, to this day, the hardest-working person he has come across in the entertainment business. Affleck noted that Lopez was committed to "doing day in and day out." He praised Lopez's dedication in accomplishing her goals and redoubling her efforts. 

"She has great talent, but she has also worked very hard for her success, and I'm so happy for her that she seems, at long last, to be getting the credit she deserves," the actor noted.

Earlier this year, Ben Affleck reflected on his relationship with Jennifer Lopez and talked about the negative attention she received from the press in the past. Huff Post reported that the actor said people were so mean about Lopez with "vicious shit" written about her "in ways that, if you wrote it now, you would literally be fired for saying those things."

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were known to date for about two years. The two ended their engagement and relationship in 2004.

Aside from Affleck, the Chief Marketing Officer of Netflix, Bozoma Saint John, also complimented JLo's youthful glow.

"Her skin is literal perfection. That's it. There's nothing more to say because it's true," said Saint John.

Other Personalities on Jennifer Lopez

Other personalities such as former First Lady Michelle Obama, her ex-husband March Anthony, and Lopez's friend and frequent collaborator Fat Joe also had something nice to say about her.

Marc Anthony praised Lopez's ability to "see and understand things before they happen." Anthony further noted that Jennifer Lopez visualizes an idea a thousand times before bringing it up. 

Anthony added that he learned so much from the singer-actress because he was quite the opposite before.

Michelle Obama pointed out the "gifts" that Jennifer Lopez has received such as talent, beauty, and unmatched work ethic. 

"What impresses me the most about her is her unwavering commitment to leverage those gifts," said Obama. The former first lady also emphasized that Lopez also utilizes her platform to give "voice to the voiceless."

Fat Joe, on the other hand, said that "J.Lo is J.Lo." 

"So if J.Lo walks into the party, she will smell so good that when she walks to the other side of the room, you can still smell her," he quipped.
