The Phoenix Suns continued their postseason dominance in the 2021 NBA Finals. While the squad from Arizona exhibited their brilliance on the court, an 81-year-old grandmother from Mesa also showcased her extensive Phoenix Suns memorabilia to show her support to her team ever since.

Ultimate Suns Fan

The 81-year-old Mesa grandmother, Joanne Ralph, can still dribble drive. The ultimate Phoenix Suns fan used to play hoops in high school years, which explains her love for basketball and her passion for the Phoenix Suns.

According to AZ Family, Ralph shared during an interview that she does not want to be called disturbed at all when she is watching TV while her favorite team is playing.

The retired health care worker has an extensive Suns memorabilia collection that dates back to 1984 when she moved to Arizona from Michigan. She invested and collected Suns' memorabilia from bobbleheads, Suns clock, a souvenir mug that marks the time with the name of the teams that she had rooted for over the years.

Moreover, Ralph emphasized that she does not have any favorite Suns player aside from undersized big man and Hall of Famer Charles Barkley. However, she stated that she wanted to hug every one of the Suns players.

Aside from her Suns' memorabilia, Ralph is also proud of her photos, especially with Suns' legends Connie Hawkins and Tom Chambers. The 81-year-old Suns fan shared that she met the Suns' legends years ago at a bowling tournament where they all played.

Also, Ralph has a pair of warm-up pants that former Suns star Shawn Marion tossed to her prior to a Suns game.

Furthermore, The Suns' fan focused on the current team's run for their first-ever NBA title. Ralph offered players some advice while watching the games from her living room. Ralph added that she also reminded players not to do their mistakes again and continue to play defense when things do not go their way.

"I talk to them, I talk to every one of them," said the 81-year-old. "Don't do that again, get over there."

The 81-year-old admitted that she just got into the their whole play strategies even though she was only watching.

Meanwhile, the longtime Suns fan admitted that she's not getting any younger and this may be the best shot that she has, watching her favorite team winning their first-ever NBA Title and be called NBA champions. Ralph shared that she didn't want to jinx it, but deep down, she knew, and she believed that this is the Suns' year. Ralph said that she got her hopes up, but it tears her up just talking about their possible title. The 81-year-old grandmother stated that her dream would be happening.
