Is Aaron Donald Retiring After Rams' Super Bowl LVI Win? Von Miller Says No Way!
After winning the Super Bowl LVI, rumors of Los Angeles Rams star Aaron Donald's possible retirement surfaced. However, his teammate Von Miller on Monday did not agree with the rumors surrounding the Star defensive lineman.
On Monday, Miller told NBC Sports that he is under whether Donald will retire.
"I don't know man. He's done everything you can possibly do," Miller noted.
Although Miller was unsure about Donald's decision when it comes to his NFL exit, he said that he can't see the athlete walking away from the field anytime soon, contending that winning the Super Bowl is "addicting."
"He's done so much but I'll tell you, this feeling is great. It just makes you want it more and more and more... This is an addictive feeling and I can't see him [Donald] walking away from this," Miller said.
However, Miller said that Donald had an amazing career if chooses to retire after their Super Bowl win.
It can be recalled that Donald capped the Super Bowl LVI with a total of four tackles, two tackles for loss, three quarterback hits, and 2.0 sacks. The Los Angeles Rams finished off and won with a score of 23-20.
Rams GM on Aaron Donald Retirement Rumors
Miller was not the only Los Angeles Rams member who spoke out about the rumors of Aaron Donald's exit on the NFL.
On Monday, Los Angeles Rams general manager, Les Snead, also expressed his thought about the rumors surrounding his team's star defensive lineman.
Snead told NFL.com that he is not "buying" the rumors of Aaron Donald walking away from the field, via the New York Post.
"He'll [Donald] sleep on it and see, but I'm not buying it... He's a young kid. He'll get bored and need something to do," Snead underscored.
"If he wins a #SuperBowl, there's a strong possibility that he could walk away from the game and retire."
