NBA All-Star Celebrity Game 2022: Who Is Playing Aside From Machine Gun Kelly and Mayor Justin Bibb?
The roster for the 2022 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game had been recently announced, and it features some famous faces and new names like Machine Gun Kelly.
The game is part of the activities leading up to the NBA All-Star Game on Sunday night. This year's NBA All-Star Celebrity Game will take place on Friday at 7 p.m. ET at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
It will feature comedians, singers, rappers, and current and former professional athletes coached by NBA legends Bill Walton and Dominique Wilkins.
The participants in Walton's team include Cleveland native musician and actor Machine Gun Kelly, who is now Megan Fox's fiancee, as well as American country music singer and songwriter Jimmie Allen.
TV host and actress Brittney Elena, rapper and 4x All-Star player Quavo, Las Vegas Aces forward Dearica Hamby, Fanatics All-In Challenge winner Noah Carlock, Olympian and professional skateboarder Nyjah Huston, former college football player Matt James, Indian actor Ranveer Singh, and Peloton instructor Alex Toussaint are also part of Walton's team.
Team Nique consists of the second-youngest mayor in Cleveland's history Justin Bibb and former Cleveland Cavaliers guard, Booby Gibson.
Also joining Nique's roster are Puerto Rican rapper Anuel AA, American country music singer and songwriter Kane Brown, stand-up comedian and actress Tiffany Haddish, rapper Jack Harlow, Harlem Globetrotters player Crissa Jackson, and Olympic high jump champion Gianmarco Tamberi.
NFL Cleveland Browns' defensive end Myles Garrett and singer and songwriter Anjali Ranadivé, who is also the daughter of co-owner and chairman of the Sacramento Kings Vivek Ranadivé, will also be part of Nique's team.

Machine Gun Kelly Shows Off 6 Straight 3-Pointers Ahead Of NBA All-Star Celebrity Game
The award-winning rapper is ready to "Lace Up" for the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game as he gave a glimpse of his 3-point shot during a recent shooting session.
Born Colson Baker, Machine Gun Kelly appeared to be taking his spot in the All-Star festivities very seriously. TMZ reported that he has been training with NBA shooting coach Chris Matthews, also known as the "Lethal Shooter," prior to the game.
Matthews shared a video of the "Emo Girl" singer's shooting practice on Instagram. It showed Machine Gun Kelly draining six consecutive 3-pointers while wearing a Shawn Kemp jersey. Matthews noted that Machine Gun Kelly has "been going hard in the gym" in preparation for All-Star weekend.
Matthews, who has previously worked with several stars including Drake, Anthony Davis, and Dwight Howard, said he looks forward to witnessing the celebrity game on Friday.
The All-Star Game hits differently for Megan's Fox fiancee since it will be in his hometown.
Team Wilbon Won 2020 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game
The 2020 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game was won by ESPN commentator Michael Wilbon's team led by team captain Common, 62-47. The other team was coached by another ESPN commentator, Stephen A. Smith.
Held at Chicago's Wintrust Arena, rapper and actor Common was also chosen as the MVP of the game for his performance, in which he scored 10 points, 5 rebounds, 4 steals, and 3 assists, People reported.
Wilbon's team also included Latin superstar Bad Bunny, country artist Kane Brown, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert bandleader Jon Batiste, Saturday Night Live star Alex Moffat, comedian Hannibal Buress, chef José Andrés, singer and rapper Jidenna, and retired NBA star Quentin Richardson.
The opposing team, led by captain Chance the Rapper, consisted of Quavo, rapper Taylor Bennett, actor LaRoyce Hawkins, gymnast Katelyn Ohashi, actor, and comedian Lil Rel Howry, retired NFL player Anthony Adams, Milwaukee Bucks co-owner Marc Lasry, 2K Sports marketing director Ronnie RK, and retired NBA star Darius Miles.
Both rosters included a WNBA player. Common's team included Chelsea Gray, a point guard for the L.A. Sparks, while Chance's included A'ja Wilson, a power forward for the Las Vegas Aces.
The first celebrity game was held in Atlanta, Georgia in 2003, with TNT analysts Charles Barkley and Kenny Smith acting as coaches.
The NBA has canceled the 2021 NBA All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis and moved it to 2024. According to a press release, the league intended to play a 72-game season despite the COVID-19 pandemic but was unable to "appropriately plan and execute fan-focused All-Star activities."
