When William Levy is absent from Twitter, his fans notice.

Just in the last few weeks, the Cuban actor has started to make his comeback to Twitter. And though fans have been happy, they have also let him know that they felt that he had forgotten about them.

Earlier today, he decided to clear up the confusion.

"To all of you that have truly supported me and given me love from day to day, I want you to know that I always read your messages, and I'm aware of you," said his first tweet.

"I appreciate all the kindness from your heart," he said in the following tweet. "Especially to all you ladies that work so hard day to day on WLW. I love you!!!"

And then, to prove that he had taken to heart the comments shared by his followers, he explained that his absence was not a reflection for how he felt about them.

"Even though I don't write every day, the truth is that I always carry you with me," said his final tweet. "And I am very grateful for all your kindness."

Levy has been absent for a few months, and in the meantime, his life was documented through paparazzi snaps. He was spotted on the set of "Term Life" in Florida. Since then, he's also been spotted with his daughter and Elizabeth Gutierrez. The three were going to a ceremony at the young girl's school.

And he was also allegedly spotted at a Miami hotel with beauty queen and actress Ximena Navarrete. Although she's more easy to confirm in the picture because of her outfit, the man she is spotted with is harder to pinpoint as there is nothing that stands out about his clothing. His face is also fairly covered up.

But with a new movie set to be released in October, we can imagine we'll see much more of Levy on social media.
