Texas Tornado Caused Multiple Injuries, Damages
Local fire and police department noted that Texas Tornado has caused injuries, with multiple homes and businesses being damaged after it tore through Round Rock, Texas.
Police in Round Rock are advising residents to stay off the roads. The Texas tornado has damaged a restaurant, a bank, and cars in a Home Depot parking lot, according to an ABC News report.
At least 10 tornadoes have been reported in the state during severe storms on Monday night. Wind gusts have been forecasted to reach 75 mph and hail could be more than two inches in diameter.

Texas Tornado
Officials reported a damaged high school in Jacksboro and collapsed structures in nearby Bowie from confirmed tornadoes, according to an NBC DFW News report.
Tornado warnings were released on Monday night for areas of Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton counties.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for a large area west of the Metroplex until 9 p.m. Some school districts are cancelling after-school activities due to the weather.
NBC 5 Chief Meteorologist Rick Mitchell noted that he expects the storm to move out of the area in the early evening and be totally gone by 11 p.m. He added that rain totals are likely to be in the one-to-two-inch range.
Mitchell said that people are advised to seek shelter on the lowest level of the structure they are in, if severe weather nears them. He also advised people to put many walls between them and the outside, if possible. The chief meteorologist said that a bathroom or closet is good, advising to "be prepared, not scared."
NBC 5 Meteorologist Grant Johnston said earlier Monday that severe weather risk was significant as much of the DFW area. Meanwhile, moderate risk areas include Waco, Austin, College Station, and Palestine.
Areas of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama could see "a regional severe weather outbreak," according to Storm Prediction Center.
Texas Tornado Damages
Several social media users posted footage and photos of the tornado tearing through their areas.
KVUE News' Twitter account posted images of damages that the tornado caused, including buildings, houses, and cars.

Another user with Twitter handle @kwilson_coasts said that she did not have "central Texas tornado" or her "2022 bingo card."

Reporter for YWN Moshe Schwartz filmed the tornado from an Amtrak train within the Round Rock area.

Schwartz described the Texas tornado as "terrifying."
ABC News also tweeted a footage of the Texas tornado from a traffic cam belonging to ABC affiliate KVUE, the footage showed the tornado having a direct hit in Round Rock.
Tornado sirens could be heard from Fort Worth to Richardson as the band of storms pushed its way eastward in the early evening, according to a Dallas News report.
The weather caused the cancellation of about 350 flights in and out of DFW International Airport.
