Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were spotted Friday afternoon looking for a property in Los Angeles with the actor's son.

According to The Daily Mail, the couple, who got engaged earlier this month, was joined by the actor's 10-year-old son, Samuel. In a photo posted by Hollywood Life, the "On The Floor" singer was seen holding Samuel's hand as she cuddled up next to Affleck on the deck of the mansion.

The engaged lovebirds were also seen walking out of the large property heading back to their black Range Rover. Hollywood Life reported that the "Daredevil" star was a real gentleman when he held the car door open for the "Let's Get Loud" singer.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck House Hunting

According to Daily Mail, the couple was spotted house hunting in Los Angeles on several occasions. It was reported that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have been looking for the perfect place to call home since April 15.

They reportedly checked several ritzy properties, including a house right next door to Kylie Jenner. The said property, listed for $43 million, would put them near the 24-year-old's $36.5 million resort-style Mapleton Drive home in Los Angeles' Holmby Hills neighborhood.

Lopez and Affleck were already house hunting even before they got engaged. In February, the couple broke the headlines when they were reportedly looking for a home in London.

Sources claim that the reason for the move was Affleck's involvement in a "Barbie" live-action movie, with the lead roles to be played by Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling. The insider told Daily Mail that there was "a very trusted team looking" for the couple's perfect home.

The source did not reveal the official location of Lopez and Affleck's future home but predicted that the pair would live in a "usual mansion in a leafy area" in South-West London, such as Richmond.

The insider further noted that American stars love this area because, aside from "being lovely," it was also close to Heathrow airport and "some of the big studios such as Leavesden and Shepperton."

Jennifer Lopez confirmed her engagement to Ben Affleck on April 8 through a video posted on her official website. The Latina superstar shared a video of herself crying and looking at her engagement ring. 

The video started with a black screen, and then a view of her emerald and diamond sparkler before the camera moved up to her face. Lopez was wiping away tears of joy as she stared at her ring.

Us Weekly reported that Lopez's new engagement ring is 8.5 carats with a natural green diamond center stone. Platinum Guild International USA president Jenny Luker told the outlet that the stone in the singer's engagement ring costs around $10 million.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck reunited in May last year, 17 years after their failed engagement. They went Instagram official with their relationship in July while on vacation in Europe for her 52nd birthday.
