Super Model Kate Moss, Johnny Depp's ex, took the stand on Wednesday and clarified if she was pushed down the stairs by the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor. This issue was mentioned by Amber Heard during her testimony.

In the footage of the trial acquired by BBC, Moss was speaking through a video.

The Guardian noted that Kate Moss' questioning only lasted for at least three minutes.

During the questioning, Moss was asked if she went to Jamaica when she still has a relationship with Johnny Depp. The supermodel then confirmed that she went to the country, specifically to the Golden Eye Resort.

She then explained that she slid down the stairs and hurt her back when she left the room after Johnny Depp. The supermodel added that there was a rainstorm during that time.

Moss went on to say that she screamed at that moment because she did not know what happened and because her back was hurt. She then emphasized that Johnny Depp came running to her and carried her to her room.

Moss then noted that Depp got her medical attention.

When asked if she was pushed down the stairs in any course of their relationship the supermodel said "no" confidently.

"He never pushed me, kicked me, or threw me down any stairs, no," Moss underscored.

Actor Johnny Depp once again testified on Wednesday in Fairfax, Virginia courthouse to refute the testimonies from previous witnesses, including Amber Heard.

Depp reiterated that he never committed sexual battery and physical abuse in his life, according to CNN.

Depp also called the claims against him as "outlandish and outrageos stories" that he has been waiting to bring the truth out.

Heard previously testified that Depp hit her and mentioned her perspective of several alleged violent incidents with her ex-husband.

Johnny Depp is suing Amber Heard over a 2018 op-ed the "Aquaman" actress penned, painting herself as a domestic violence survivor. The actor is seeking $50 million, contending that the article made him lose work in Hollywood.

Meanwhile, Amber Heard countersued for $100 million for defamation over statements made by Depp's attorney who called her claims of violence a "hoax."
