Anya Taylor-Joy sparked rumors about being engaged with her boyfriend, Malcolm McRae, after she was photographed wearing a ring at an airport.

The Daily Mail on Sunday got the exclusive photos of the "The Queen's Gambit" star flashing a gold ring wrapped around her ring finger on her left hand.

The actress was wearing a brown checkered trench coat over a brown top and pants, pairing it with black shoes and a gold necklace that stretched from her neck below her chest.

Page Six noted that the photos were taken last week while Taylor-Joy was disembarking from a private jet in Sydney, Australia.

An eyewitness noted that Anya Taylor-Joy bounded off the plane and then seemed to flash the ring at her driver before getting in the car.

"She was either showing off the ring or doing a dance move. Either way, she looked ecstatic," the source added.

Taylor-Joy has also brought her a valuable companion when she was in Australia: her feline pet, Kitsune. It can be recalled that the actress introduced the cat to her nine million followers on Instagram last month.

The post also included a video of McRae holding Kitsune in his arms while bringing it closer to the camera.

Fans React to Rumors About Anya Taylor-Joy being Engaged With Malcolm McRae

Days before the exclusive photos were published by the Daily Mail, a celebrity gossip page on social media claimed that the "Peaky Blinders" star has recently become engaged. 

Anya Taylor-Joy's rumors of being engaged sparked reactions from fans who expressed their thoughts about the star leveling up her relationship with her musician and actor boyfriend, Malcolm McRae.

One Twitter user shared that they saw the rumor about the star and the musician being engaged, relating their feelings to Taylor Swift's hit song "Teardrops On My Guitar."

Another fan commented on the rumor, claiming his "wifey" cheated on him, sealing the tweet with at least eight broken emoji hearts.

Meanwhile, one Twitter user voiced her support for Anya Taylor-Joy upon knowing her engagement rumors.

It should be noted that Anya Taylor-Joy nor her representatives have not yet addressed the rumors.

Both of the stars are vocal about their relationship, and they are no strangers to each other's Instagram accounts.

The duo is now pulling off a long-distance relationship, as McRae spends most of his time in London while Taylor-Joy spends most of her time in the United States.
