Gisele Bündchen was seen with another man just after her divorce from NFL star Tom Brady. Her new companion was reported to be jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente.

Bündchen ate with the jiu-jitsu instructor at Koji in Provincia de Puntarenas with the supermodel's two children, 12-year-old Benjamin, and nine-year-old Vivian. Valente's co-trainer was also present with them.

The two were reported to be dating, which was quickly dubbed as "completely false" by an insider.

A source told Fox News Digital that Valente and his two brothers have instructed Bündchen and the children in martial arts for the past year and a half.

The insider said the relationship between the two is "strictly platonic and professional."

In February, Bündchen took on her Instagram to call her jiu-jitsu trainers "awesome teachers." She added that she felt stronger, more confident, and empowered since she practiced martial arts.

Rumors started when the supermodel was seen in Costa Rica on an alleged date with Joaquim Valente.

The source noted that the headlines about the matter had reached "a whole new level of disrespect and disregard" for Gisele Bündchen.

The photos that sparked the rumors were not taken on a romantic outing, but on a trip to their home in the Central American country.

The insider argued that the cropped-out photos of Bündchen and Valente, included another adult, who was Jordan.

Jordan is a homeschool teacher to the model's two children. On the other hand, Valente is the children's physical educator. Included in their trip were six adults and eight kids

Bündchen has posted pictures with Valente in the past, although the two were not dating.

Valente is a part owner of the Valente Brothers business in North Miami. He moved to Miami in 2007 to study criminology at Barry University, according to Fox News.

Earlier this month, Bündchen and the brothers teamed up for a Dust Magazine feature.

In October, the couple was confirmed to have filed for divorce in Florida. An insider noted that the settlement is all worked out, adding that the two have been working on the terms the whole time.

The ex-couple agreed to share custody of their children and revealed the new development in their marriage in their respective social media accounts.

On October 4, the two hired lawyers to prepare for their divorce, with an insider saying that they never actually thought that "this argument would be the end of them."

Meanwhile, another source noted that Tom Brady was "trying to figure out what to do" after Gisele Bündchen hired her own divorce lawyer.

Bündchen reportedly gave Brady an ultimatum to choose their family or his NFL career with Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Brady then noted that he does not plan to retire from NFL any time soon, adding that he loves the sport and his teammates. He said that "no retirement in my future."
