João Paulo Diniz

For a short time in 1999, Gisele Bundchen dated João Paulo Diniz, a businessman who was 17 years her senior. Bundchen was already a rising celebrity in the modeling profession at the time and won the VH1 Vogue Model of the Year award.

Scott Barnhill

When she broke up with João Paulo Diniz that same year, she went on to date fellow model Scott Barnhill. According to The Sun, after their breakup, Barnhill told E! News: "We just recently split up, but you know, life goes on. I'm definitely working through it. I'm moving on."

Rico Mansur

Gisele Bundchen dated Rico Mansur for six months in 2002. Mansur was a Brazilian polo player at the time. When they first met, Rico and model Isabella Fiorentino were engaged, but he broke it off when he met the Brazilian supermodel.

Leonardo DiCaprio

Gisele Bundchen and Leonardo DiCaprio were in a relationship from 1999 to 2005 when she was struggling with anxiety. Bundchen noted that she did not feel comfortable discussing her panic attacks with anyone, so she repressed them, and the more she did, it only worsened.

The Brazilian supermodel discussed what she learned from her relationship with DiCaprio and how it changed her life in her book "Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life." She wrote about how she was "numbing" herself with alcohol because of the anxiety she experienced while dating the actor. Eventually, she realized she needed to eliminate bad habits and had to end her relationship with DiCaprio. 

"No longer numbing myself with smoking, drinking and too much work, I was becoming more and more aware of things that I'd chosen not to look at... Was I alone in wanting to do some serious soul-searching while he stayed the same? In the end, unfortunately, the answer was yes," her book reads.

Kelly Slater

When Gisele Bundchen and Leonardo DiCaprio broke up, she quickly moved to a new relationship with professional surfer Kelly Slater. The couple stayed together until early 2006, when they eventually broke up.

After her romance with Kelly Slater, the Victoria's Secret model was spotted kissing Josh Hartnett outside a restaurant in New York City a week after the actor split with ex-girlfriend Scarlett Johansson. However, the romance was short-lived, and they separated in late 2006.

Tom Brady

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen met through a mutual friend in December 2006 and quickly began dating. Bundchen thinks it was love at first sight. She told Vanity Fair in 2009, "The moment I saw him, he smiled, and I was like, 'That is the most beautiful, charismatic smile I've ever seen!'"

Bundchen also said she knew immediately he was the one. Brady proposed to the Brazilian-born model three years later, and the couple wed in California on February 26, 2009. He had already won his first three Super Bowls at the time of their wedding, and she was regarded as the world's top supermodel. The celebrity couple shares two children, 12-year-old Benjamin and nine-year-old Vivian.

Bundchen supported Brady's football career. However, she recently indicated she hopes he retires. Bundchen has also frequently expressed concern for Brady's health about playing professional football.

Brady did retire earlier this year but came back months later. After that, signs of trouble in marriage cropped up. Ahead of the 2022-2023 season, the NFL star took some personal time off, leaving training camp for 11 days in August.

At the time, sources said Brady was dealing with his personal life. After that, there were rumors that Bundchen and Brady had hired lawyers to get a divorce and had given up on getting back together.

Brady also talked about how much he loved football and how he could not seem to pay attention to anything else when it was game time. The divorce between the 42-year-old supermodel and the 45-year-old NFL quarterback was finalized last October 28.

Joaquim Valente

Rumors started when the supermodel was seen in Costa Rica on an alleged date with jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente last month. Gisele Bundchen ate with the jiu-jitsu instructor at Koji in Provincia de Puntarenas with the supermodel's two children. Valente's co-trainer was also present with them.

The two were then reported to be dating, which was quickly dubbed as "completely false" by an insider, Stylecaster reported. A source told Fox News Digital that Valente and his two brothers had instructed Bundchen and the children in martial arts for the past year and a half.

The insider said the relationship between the two is "strictly platonic and professional." Bundchen has posted pictures with Valente in the past, although the two were not dating.

Valente is a part owner of the Valente Brothers business in North Miami. According to Fox News, he moved to Miami in 2007 to study criminology at Barry University. Earlier this month, Bundchen and the brothers teamed up for a Dust Magazine feature.
