France finally met Morocco in the semifinal of the World Cup in Qatar and handily won against the tournament's biggest surprise giant killers. This sets up an Argentina vs. France final, which means we are getting Lionel Messi vs. Kylian Mbappe!
France defeated Morocco with the final tally of 2-0, as Randal Kolo Muani scored his first international goal against the surprisingly good North Africans. Theo Hernandez scored France's other goal. Morocco, which had been a defensive beast throughout the tournament, was systematically broken apart by Le Bleus.
While he was not able to score a single goal this match, superstar Kylian Mbappe is still the talk of the team as he finally sets up a date with Paris Saint-Germaine teammate Lionel Messi.

Messi is a fantastic all-around player. Keep in mind that Mbappé is young and doesn't have as much experience as Messi, but Mbappé will develop as a player in time. 😃👌🏻

Meanwhile, this is how the rest of the world reacted when the World Cup final was decided:
I love both teams, and I would like them both to win, but there can only be one winner this Sunday. (France v Argentina) I have to stick with France because that was my pick before the tournament even started BUT ID LOVE ARGENTINA AND MESSI TO WIN TOO 😭 #FIFAWorldCup

We did our best as Africans but France was well prepared for us✅ and if Argentina doesn't prepare so well, I think the world Cup belongs to France✌ its gonna be back to back and I'm so happy for them even though most of the players in France are all Africans🤓 such is life!

Morocco, which had one of the most unbelievable runs in World Cup history, also deserves some praise, as they actually gave the defending champions some trouble.

Argentina Airline Adds 2 More Flights to Qatar for Argentina vs. France Final
Given how crazy Argentina became after Argentina defeated Croatia, Argentinian airline Aerolíneas Argentinas decided to add two more flights to Qatar. The Associated Press reported that both flights quickly sold out.
Both flights leave Argentina from Buenos Aires and will have Doha as their port of entry. The first flight, which leaves Buenos Aires on Friday morning, sold out in less than 30 minutes. Meanwhile, the second flight leaves Buenos Aires on Friday night, and it only went on sale last Wednesday. It, too, sold out, but within a couple of hours.
These flights are not cheap, as roundtrip tickets cost roughly around 2 million pesos (more than $11,000). Flights are also quite long, as it takes 19 hours to get from Buenos Aires to Doha. There is also a refueling stop in Rome. So far, the airline has provided a total of 12 flights for the World Cup.
The highly-anticipated final match will happen at the Lusail Stadium in Doha, Qatar on Sunday.
