Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny's rumored relationship continues to blossom.

An insider told Us Weekly that things are not yet official between the two, but they are "seeing each other on a regular basis and getting to know each other better."

The source said the 27-year-old model has not been looking to date anyone after her breakup with her boyfriend, NBA star Devin Booker.

But things reportedly started to change when the 29-year-old Puerto Rican reggaeton superstar came into her life. The source noted that Kendall's "feelings are starting to grow" after "spending more time" with Bad Bunny.

The insider noted that although the two have chemistry, they are still not "super serious." But the source admitted that Kendall "likes" Bad Bunny and "is open to seeing where things go with him."

"Kendall appreciates how he treats her with respect and he makes her laugh... He's very charming, and she thinks he's a great guy. Although things are still fairly new, she definitely sees potential," the source said.

Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny have been fuelling romance rumors recently as they were spotted hanging out together several times in the past weeks.

On Sunday, the two attended Beyoncé and Jay-Z's Oscars 2023 after-party in Los Angeles. Though it has not been confirmed if they arrived at the event as a pair, Kendall and Bad Bunny were spotted leaving the star-studded party together.

TMZ reported that the duo left as one, getting into the same car at the night's end. Photographers tried to get Kendall and Bad Bunny in the same frame, but the pair managed to dodge them.

Kendall was photographed covering her face as they drove off, while Bad Bunny appeared more casual and less bothered about it.

Last week, the pair were spotted hugging and doing what looked like a kiss after a sushi dinner in Los Angeles. The two were joined by friends, including the model's sister Kylie Jenner, as they went out for dinner at Sushi Park in West Hollywood.

Kendall and Bad Bunny were reported to be "all over each other" as the night came to an end. While walking along the balcony area of the Los Angeles hotspot, the model and Puerto Rican pop star were not interacting.

But when they reached Kendall's SUV, the model was photographed leaning in and wrapping her arms around Bad Bunny's neck, pulling him close for a cozy hug, which the singer fully reciprocated.

The photos did not show the lip-lock, but both Kendall's hands were around his neck with their faces close to each other, the way a couple usually does while passionately kissing. TMZ reported that this "PDA" confirmed the romance rumors.

Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny were first linked last month after they were spotted making out at the Bird Streets Club in West Hollywood.

After a few days, a celebrity source told The U.S. Sun that the pair were together a second time, dining with Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber at Nobu Malibu.

A source previously told PEOPLE that Kendall and Bad Bunny "are spending time together." Another source told the outlet that Kendall "recently started hanging out" with Bad Bunny after "they were introduced by friends."

"He moved to L.A. a few weeks ago and bought a house... She likes him and is having fun," the insider noted. The source added: "He is different from guys that she dated in the past. He is very charming."

This report seemed to signal the end of Bad Bunny's relationship with model and jewelry designer Gabriela Berlingeri, who he had been dating since 2017.

The report also came three months after Kendall and Devin Booker decided to separate due to their busy schedules.
