Melania Trump Left Donald Trump After Stormy Daniels Scandal Broke Out: Report
Melania Trump reportedly opted for some time away from former President Donald Trump after the news broke that her husband paid adult film actress Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about their sexual affair.
A Daily Mail source noted that Trump feared the former first lady would discover the details of his one-night affair with Daniels, so he arranged to pay Daniels $130,000 in hush money "15 months earlier."
The source close to the former president said Trump knew the consequences of his scandalous affair with the porn star and "did whatever he could do to keep a lid on it."
On Saturday, Trump said he expects to be arrested Tuesday this week in relation to the yearslong probe of the hush money given to Daniels.
Trump has denied any wrongdoing and his sexual relationship with Daniels, calling the case "politically motivated."
He also called the monetary exchange to Daniels a "nuisance payment" that rich people sometimes pay to settle an issue or make a problem go away.

Melanie Trump Finds Out About Donald Trump - Stormy Daniels Scandal
Melania Trump reportedly left Washington, D.C., for West Palm Beach in Florida in an unannounced trip to get away from her husband for several days after the payoff to Stormy Daniels was reported in January 2018.
She was caring for their then-four-month-old son Barron at the time of the fling. A source told the Daily Mail in 2018 the former first lady "spends three to four days a week away from the White House and has stayed at a hotel in D.C. multiple times," often for days after news of the payment broke.
The insider further noted that Melania also traveled to New York and rarely came into Trump's West Wing office as "other first ladies have done, and her schedule is vague at best."
The source said Melania seemed to be avoiding duties at the time "unless there was a very special reason." The insider added that the scandal "was upsetting and humiliating" and her relationship with Trump became strained at the time.
The Guardian reported that New York socialite turned author Stephanie Winston Wolkoff wrote a book about her relationship with Melania Trump, wherein there was a recording of the former first lady discussing her husband's affair. The former first lady called Daniels "the porn hooker."
At the time, the couple's 13th wedding anniversary came and went without a mention by Trump and Melania. In addition, no time was slotted in the president's schedule for any such celebration.
Daniels had already talked about her sexual relationship with Donald Trump at the Harrah's Casino hotel during the American Century celebrity golf tournament in Nevada in July 2006.
Daniels said the sex was just "in one position," and described the encounter as "the worst 90 seconds of my life."
Stormy Daniels Scandal
Stormy Daniels said she and Donald Trump had sex and had accepted $130,000 from his former lawyer before the 2016 election in exchange for her silence on the encounter, according to BBC News.
Trump's former lawyer was Michael Cohen, and he was later jailed on multiple charges. Daniels said she took the money offered to her as she was concerned for her family's safety.
Daniels added that she was legally and physically threatened to stay silent. After she agreed to give an interview to In Touch magazine about the alleged affair, a man approached her and her infant daughter in Las Vegas car park in 2011 and told her to "leave Trump alone."
In a 2018 interview with CBS "60 Minutes," she recalled the man saying that her daughter was a "beautiful little girl" and that it would be a "shame if something happened to her mom."
Daniels said at the time that she was risking a million-dollar fine by speaking on national television, but it was important for her to defend herself.
