Tucker Carlson's firing from Fox News was so abrupt that he did not see it coming. Should the former host retaliate, the network has a secret Tucker Carlson dossier ready, says several Fox News employees.

While Fox News presented Carlson's departure as amicable and mutual, insiders with knowledge of the situation say otherwise, according to MSN, as the axed host left on "the worst" and "messiest possible terms."

In an effort to silence Carlson should he decide to retaliate for his sudden firing, Irena Briganti, the leader of the communications department for Fox News, has compiled an "oppo file" on the fired host, and it is filled will damaging information, according to anonymous Fox News employees who have spoken to Rolling Stone on the matter.

Sources from within the network state that Briganti is aggressive and is not above releasing the contents of the so-called "oppo file" should Carlson do anything against the conservative network.

"Irena tries to keep a file on everybody.... Any talent like Tucker would have a lot of things; other people complaining. They encourage it, and then just keep it on file. It's just a classic dirty trick," said another ex-Fox anchor.

What Is Inside the Damaging Tucker Carlson Dossier Held by Fox News?

The file contains several things that have already been made public because of the lawsuit made by Carlson's former booking producer, Abby Grossman. She claimed that Carlson created a toxic and misogynist workplace environment and is suing both Fox News and Tucker Carlson for it.

The Grossberg lawsuit alleges that Carlson and other male staff made frequent lewd and sexual discussions of female guests and public figures. The former Fox producer, who is now cooperating with Smartmatic in its lawsuit against the network, stated that she "continued to endure a work environment that subjugates women based on vile sexist stereotypes, typecasts religious minorities and belittles their traditions, and demonstrates little to no regard for those suffering from mental illness."

It is still unclear what other damaging information this Tucker Carlson dossier has, but Fox News has reached out to Rolling Stone, which broke this news, and denied it even exists.

"This is patently absurd and categorically false," a Fox News spokesperson told the magazine. "We thank Tucker for his service to the network as a host, and prior to that, as a contributor."

However, many sources within the network disagree with this statement from Fox, as the network has previously planted stories against its personalities, including disgraced former host Bill O'Reilly and current Fox host Stuart Varney.

Tucker Carlson's Use of Vulgar Language Contributed to Firing

Carlson was not shy in using vulgar language in his private texts and emails released by Dominion in its lawsuit. It showed Carlson describing a senior Fox News executive as a C-word in a text message, as well as calling former Trump attorney Sidney Powell the C-word, as well as "b**ch."

This colorful language from the former Fox host may have contributed to his firing, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal, which is also owned by the Murdochs who own Fox News.

It was reportedly Rupert Murdoch himself who decided to fire the network's top star after some input from top officials.
