Usually, the Brazilian supermodel has had Brady by her side every time she attends the Met Gala. Now that she is single and ready to mingle, Gisele was reportedly spotted going to one of the biggest nights in fashion alone.

According to TMZ, this amounts to a major fashion statement from Gisele, who went to the event alone for the first time since 2006, when she was still single. She then appeared every year with Tom by her side until her last appearance at the event back in 2019.

Since the divorce was officially announced, both Gisele and Brady have been hounded by rumors that they are now dating somebody new, with Gisele being linked to a Florida billionaire, though she quickly quashed those rumors. She was also linked to her Brazilian Jiujitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente, but she and her friends also debunked that as they revealed that they are just good friends. As for Tom Brady, he has been tied to "Legally Blonde" actress Reese Witherspoon as of late.

What Did Gisele Bundchen Wear at the Met Gala?

Now that we know she will be going to the Met Gala alone for the first time since the divorce, the big question now is, what did Gisele Bundchen wear at the event?

The Brazilian is considered a fashion icon, so what she will be wearing does spark a lot of interest, and according to Page Six, she was seen wearing Chanel to honor the late Karl Lagerfeld. This is also in line with the theme of the Met Gala this year.

Gisele used to regularly work with the late creative director when he was still alive, even serving as the face of Chanel N°5 perfume in 2014. The two have long worked together, and their relationship reached its peak a decade ago thanks to the Chanel N°5 perfume collaboration.

She dazzled on the red carpet with a vintage white Chanel gown that boasted white strips over a sheer base while also wearing a feathered white cape and skyscraper heels.

Of course, Gisele Bundchen was not the only celebrity at the event, as other stars also dazzled on the red carpet.

Actress Nicole Kidman also did a tribute to Karl Lagerfeld by wearing a look that the late creative director made for her 20 years ago.

Meanwhile, Dua Lipa, who is a gala co-chair, wore a Tiffany & Co. diamond around her neck that she called "very special." According to MYSA, she rocked a cream-colored Chanel dress from back in 1992, and she also called it "very, very special," as it has been on her mood boards.

"Barbie" star Margot Robbie also wore vintage Chanel as she sported a 1993 Chanel look in black that Cindy Crawford first wore on a runway. She was the last Chanel ambassador to be handpicked by Lagerfeld before he passed away.
