Michael Jordan's son, Marcus Jordan is refuting reports that his father disapproves of his relationship with Larsa Pippen, reality show star and ex-wife of Scottie Pippen.

Scottie Pippen is, of course, Michael Jordan's former teammate during the legendary Chicago Bulls dynasty of the 1990s.

This came after an annoyed Michael Jordan answered "No" to a reporter in France who asked him if he approves of his son's relationship with Larsa Pippen. However, Marcus Jordan refuted this and said that Larsa has "the Michael Jordan stamp of approval" during an interview.

"We spent Thanksgiving together last year, and my family loves her. They think she's great," Marcus Jordan told Entertainment Tonight. "And ultimately, I think my family just wants to see me happy. And so as long as I'm happy, they're happy with whoever I'm dating."

The younger Jordan did admit that his family was shocked at first, "I think there was some shock and interest early on, but I think that was the whole point of us trying to spend some family time together during the holidays."

Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen have been dating for several months now, coming out as a couple after rumors circulated that they were dating.

What Does Scottie Pippen Think of His Ex Dating Michael Jordan's Son

Scottie Pippen has fallen out with Michael Jordan since "The Last Dance" documentary came out, feeling that the documentary misrepresented his and his other teammates' contributions to the Bulls Dynasty.

According to People Magazine, the "Real Housewives of Miami" star addressed this, saying, "No, I feel like we haven't had that conversation." She added that she does not really ask him about his personal life and the Chicago Bulls legend also does not ask what is going on with her life either.

"I feel like there's so much time that has gone by with us not being together - it's been like five years," Larsa said in the ET interview. "I kind of feel like I want to see him happy and I think he wants to see me happy. I think other people view it differently than how we view it."

Larsa Pippen To Address Michael Jordan's Criticism of Her During Her Podcast

After their ET interview, however, Larsa Pippen may be planning to talk more in-depth about MJ criticizing her during her own podcast later this week. She had previously opened up about her relationship with Marcus Jordan on the "Tamon Hill Show."

"Marcus and Larsa are really happy and focusing on their relationship," a source told US Weekly. "They are going to address Michael this week on their podcast, 'Separation Anxiety.'"
