After it was delayed for health reasons, Donald Trump's former personal attorney and fixer, Michael Cohen, finally faced off against his former boss in court for the New York fraud trial.

The former president was staring daggers at the man who was once his righthand man who is now testifying against him in his $250 million fraud trial where Trump is accused of fraudulently inflating his assets to secure massive loans.

Michael Cohen testified what he did while still working for Trump and the Trump Organization. At the stand, Cohen admitted that the former president directed him to modify documents that represented Trump's net worth so that they reflected the number Trump desired, according to Politico.

"I was tasked by Mr. Trump to increase the total assets based upon a number that he arbitrarily elected," said Cohen in his sworn testimony against his former boss. "My responsibility, along with [former Trump Organization CFO] Allen Weisselberg, predominantly, was to reverse engineer the various asset classes, increase those assets in order to achieve the number that Mr. Trump had tasked us."

Trump was seen becoming red in the face and shaking his head while Cohen delivered his stinging testimony against him. The former president reportedly did not look at Cohen as he entered the courtroom. However, as the former fixer took to the witness stand, Trump was seen glowering at him.

Meanwhile, Cohen did not look at his former boss and devoted his attention to the New York AG attorney questioning him.

Donald Trump Reacts to Michael Cohen's Testimony Against Him

Donald Trump spoke with reporters and dismissed his former fixer and personal attorney's testimony. He called Cohen a "proven liar," but it should be noted that Cohen said many of those lies on behalf of Donald Trump in his capacity as his attorney and fixer.

"The witness is totally discredited," Trump said. "He's a disgraced felon, and that's the way it's coming out."

The former Trump lawyer also spoke with reporters, according to the Associated Press.

"Heck of a reunion," he told reporters. "This is not about Donald Trump vs. Michael Cohen or Michael Cohen vs. Donald Trump. This is about accountability, plain and simple."

What Else Did Michael Cohen Say Under Oath During Donald Trump Fraud Trial?

In his testimony, Michael Cohen testified that Trump did not just inflate his assets to fool banks and lenders into giving him bigger loans but also to be able to purchase things that he wanted, such as an NFL team. That team is the Buffalo Bills.

Cohen revealed that Trump wanted to buy the Bills and used his inflated financial statement to show that he could afford to buy the team as well as maintain it. Despite this, however, the BBC reported that the ex-POTUS was unsuccessful in his bid.

After the testimony and cross-examining by Trump attorney Alina Habba, Judge Arthur Engoron declared the court adjourned. Donald Trump did promise to come back tomorrow when Cohen readies to testify even more.
