Donald Trump New York Fraud Trial: Date When Ex-POTUS Will Take the Stand Revealed; Ivanka Trump Also Ordered To Testify
Prosecutors finally have their chance to have their crack at Donald Trump as the date has been set on when he will testify during his New York fraud trial. Meanwhile, Judge Arthur Engoron rejected Ivanka Trump's motion to stop her testimony and ordered her to testify in the case.
Ivanka Trump has been doing her best to distance herself from her father and brothers as of late, even trying to avoid testifying in the case that would decide the fate of her company. However, Engoron ruled against this and ordered her to testify as she had been a big part of the Trump Organization over the last few years.
As for her father, the Associated Press reported that he will be scheduled to testify on November 6 after his three adult children take the stand themselves. The Trumps are expected to defend padding their assets to get better loans from banks and lenders and look good to the public while deflating them to avoid paying large amounts of taxes.
Despite Judge Engoron already making a summary ruling that Trump and his two adult sons, Eric and Don Jr., are liable for fraud, the former president is still denying any wrongdoing and claims that this is a politically motivated sham despite decades of evidence being presented against him.
When Will Eric Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Ivanka Trump Take the Stand During the Fraud Trial?
A lawyer for Attorney General Letitia James' office, Kevin Wallace, reportedly told Judge Engoron that they plan on having Donald Trump Jr. testify first and it will happen on Wednesday. He will be followed by his younger brother, Eric Trump on Thursday, with daughter Ivanka Trump capping the week off with her testimony on Friday.

Eric and Don Jr. are both current executives at the Trump Organization, which was found guilty of fraud and tax evasion just last year. Meanwhile, Ivanka Trump previously served as an executive for the company, as well as a White House adviser to her father during his presidency, according to NBC News.
While Ivanka's attorneys argued that their client should not testify because an appeals court previously ruled that she should be removed as a defendant in the Donald Trump fraud case over statute of limitations issues, the AG's office stated that she still has some important information related to their case against her father. Engoron sided with the prosecutors.
Donald Trump Attacks Judge Arthur Engoron Shortly After He Fined Ex-POTUS $10,000 Over Gag Order
As many experts expected, Trump violated the limited gag order that Judge Arthur Engoron imposed upon him for attacking his clerk as the former president implied that that same clerk was partisan while talking to reporters. Engoron imposed a $10,000 fine against Trump for violating the gag order for the second time but it did not stop Trump from attacking the judge again.
According to CNBC, Trump went on a lengthy rant on Truth Social, calling Engoron a "tyrannical and unhinged" and "fully biased Trump Hater" who "should be ashamed of himself" for his handling of the case.
"HE HAS GONE CRAZY IN HIS HATRED OF 'TRUMP,'" he continued this time in all caps.
The former president also ranted against AG Letitia James and star witness Michael Cohen.
