Donald Trump Lawyers Screwed Up, Sent Subpoena To Wrong Person in Porn Star Hush Money Trial
Donald Trump's lawyers in the porn star hush money trial screwed up big as they not only lost delay attempts thrice in a row, they also subpoenaed the wrong person. even complaining that the witness was not cooperating until prosecutors pointed out that they got the wrong person.
The Manhattan District Attorney's Office issued a filing on Thursday and it revealed that Donald Trump lawyer Todd Blanche, who leads the porn star hush money case, tried to subpoena former District Attorney Supervising Rackets Investigator Jeremy Rosenberg in March. The problem is that they sent the subpoena to a different Jeremy Rosenberg, who is a man from Brooklyn.
The Trump lawyers were trying to get Rosenberg to give files related to former Trump attorney Michael Cohen. However, the wrong Michael Rosenberg had fun with the embattled former president's attorneys.
"I don't have any files for you," he told them, adding, "PS - The phone number you provided was disconnected," and then concluded, "PPS - I'm keeping the fifteen dollars." He referred to the money that the Trump lawyers sent him to help pay for sending the documents.
Earlier this week, Blanche complained in a filing that Rosenberg displayed a "flippant and dismissive approach" to his subpoena "despite ample experience with the criminal justice system that should have instilled in him respect for this process and a criminal defendant's rights."
However, Trump's legal team just realized they made an epic blunder when prosecutors revealed in the new filing that their opponents screwed up, with prosecutor Matthew Colangelo writing, "The people believe the defendant has served the incorrect person."
He added, "The people spoke with Mr. Rosenberg's counsel, who informed the People that Mr. Rosenberg was not, in fact, served with the subpoena, that Mr. Rosenberg had not corresponded with defense counsel, and that Mr. Rosenberg does not have any connection to the Brooklyn address where the subpoena purportedly was served."

Donald Trump Classified Documents Case Witnesses Will Be Redacted, Rules Trump-Appointed Judge
Donald Trump is not just facing one criminal trial, but four. This includes the federal classified documents case in Florida where Trump is accused of stealing classified documents from the US government after leaving office.
In her decision, US District Judge Aileen Canon, a Trump appointee, granted a request by prosecutors to protect the identities of potential government witnesses given Trump's penchant for attacking them and allowing and urging his supporters to threaten their lives.
The decision came after Special Counsel Jack Smith called the judge out over a separate order, calling it "fundamentally flawed."
