She was eventually arrested in 2006 and sentenced to over 700 years in prison for her crimes, according to Discover Walks.

Rafael Ramirez - The Railroad Killer

"The Railroad Killer" became infamous as he did not just kill people in Mexico, but he was also active in the United States. He usually targeted people near the train tracks, which led to his nickname. This soon led to a massive manhunt between the two countries, with him being arrested in the US and with several counts of murder. He was executed via lethal injection in 2006.

Gilberto Vallejo Chavez - The Mummy

An infamous serial killer who terrorized Mexico City between 2009 and 2011, "The Mummy" often targeted sex workers and homeless people by luring them into his house. There, he would kill them and then wrap his victims in a blanket after they were dead, thus earning him his nickname. He was eventually captured and sentenced to 100 years.

Miguel Cortes - Mexico's Jeffrey Dahmer

The latest serial killer on our list was just captured late last month, and police did not even know he was a serial killer until they raided his room for evidence.
