Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is facing more financial problems as his radio show has been canceled after he continued to spread election misinformation. Soon after the cancelation though, Giuliani has once again listed his New York City home for sale.

According to The New York Post, the disgraced former mayor's property, located at 45 E. 66th St., was previously listed for $6.5 million last summer. However, as Giuliani is hoping to secure a swift buyer, the listing is now listed at a much cheaper price, with the former New York City mayor currently in bankruptcy court.

Serena Boardman of Sotheby's International Realty is representing the unit, and she lists it as having a wood-paneled library, a wood-paneled dining room, leaded glass windows, moldings, and an eat-in kitchen. It also boasts looks out to views of the surrounding neighborhood and is also well-lit, according to the realtor.

The relisting of the property for sale coincided with the recent cancellation of his WABC radio show, with Giuliani having a very public dispute with the radio station's management, particularly with station owner John Catsimatidis.

Just this weekend, Giuliani repeated his debunked election lies that the 2020 elections were stolen. This time, however, he involved Catsimatidis in the mix, accusing the station owner of having a bias towards President Biden and the Democratic Party while also questioning his commitment to free speech.

The WABC boss fired back, however, with Catsimatidis saying that Giuliani was making unreasonable demands such as increased airtime and compensation. He also accused the former New York City mayor of insubordination.

Radio Station That Aired Rudy Giuliani Radio Show Concerned About Getting Sued by Dominion

Despite Giuliani's accusations that Catsimatidis is showing bias towards Democrats and President Joe Biden, the radio station owner is actually a billionaire donor for the Republican Party. However, like many rightwing outlets after Fox News was forced to pay hundreds of millions of dollars in settlement after a lawsuit from voting machine company Dominion, WABC toned down its "election was stolen" rhetoric.

"Guiliani has admitted repeatedly over the past few days that he agreed not to speak about Dominion," Catsimatidis told CNN. "However, he was also warned numerous times, particularly in the past few months, to refrain from any allegations of electronic voting manipulation surrounding the 2020 election."

Dominion gained $787 million in its lawsuit from Fox News, and WABC did not want the same thing to happen to it.

"I won't jeopardize WABC over stupid things like that," Catsimatidis added.

Judge in Rudy Giuliani Bankruptcy Case Expresses Frustration with Former New York Mayor

Back in December, Giuliani declared bankruptcy after he lost in the lawsuit filed by two Georgia election workers against him for spreading a false conspiracy theory about them. Now, the judge overseeing the case says he has grown frustrated.

According to the Associated Press, US Bankruptcy Judge Sean Lane said he was "disturbed" that Giuliani has made so little progress in sorting out his finances. This has led the judge to refuse Giuliani's latest attempt to appeal the $148 million defamation judgment against him in the Georgia election worker case.

"They have done nothing. They sold nothing. They settled nothing," Rachel Strickland, the attorney representing the two Georgia election workers, told the judge, accusing Giuliani of getting fired from the WABC on purpose by "deliberately flouting his employer's restrictions."

The judge agreed.
