Extreme heat did not stop former president and convicted felon Donald Trump from holding a rally in Arizona. However, this still resulted in 11 of them being hospitalized as the rally happened under temperatures of 110 degrees Fahrenheit.

Videos and photos showed the Trump supporters fainting and requiring medical attention because of the extreme heat, with Trump supporters waiting for hours just to see their dear leader appear.

Summer is expected to be very warm in Arizona this year and the rally. sponsored by Turning Point Action, was held as the state experienced its first heat wave of the season. It happened at the Dream City Church in north Phoenix, according to The Hill.

"Another one being carted out on a stretcher at Trump rally ... this marks at least six people from what we can likely assume is the heat," Ben Brown, an ABC-15 reporter, posted on X. More people also fainted due to the extreme heat sometime later.

However, even with other Trump supporters fainting all around, his supporters were still very much fired up as they waited for the former president, who was scheduled to appear at the Dream City Church at around 2 PM that day.

The Dream City Church venue is no stranger to Donald Trump as the former president previously conducted a rally there in June 2020. However, much like this one, it was marred by controversy when church officials incorrectly claimed they installed air purification systems that could kill "99.9%" of COVID-19 within 10 minutes. At least 8 Trump staffers tested positive soon after.

Donald Trump Supporters Clash With Protesters in San Francisco

After leaving Arizona, Trump appeared in deep-blue California for a fund-raiser. Despite this, his supporters still showed up and were met with anti-Trump protesters as Trump arrived to meet with billionaire venture capitalists David Sacks and Chamath Palihapitiya in an upscale neighborhood in Pacific Heights.

Trump supporters waved their usual flags as the opposing group of protesters rallied against him across the street. The demonstrations were mostly peaceful though there was a lot of arguing between the protesters and the Trump supporters, according to KCRA-3.
