Influencer and accused sexual abuser and sex trafficker Andrew Tate, the infamous "King of Toxic Masculinity," has been cleared to leave Romania. However, he still cannot leave the European Union (EU) as his case is going on.

The red pill influencer, who is known to prey on the insecurities of lonely men to further his Ponzi scheme known as Hustlers University, is accused of forming an organized crime group, human trafficking, and rape.

He has also been known to lure women from the United States and the UK using the "Lover Boy" method by pretending to be a kind and gentle man, only to force them to become cam girls once they arrive in Romania, often raping them as well.

Tate has been celebrating on social media, though he may have lied a bit when he claimed that he can go anywhere he wants now. "I AM FREE. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 3 YEARS I CAN LEAVE ROMANIA. THE SHAM CASE IS FALLING APART," he claimed. "Where do I go? I can go anywhere I want."

"We embrace and applaud the decision of the court today, I consider it a reflection of the exemplary behavior and assistance of my clients," said one of Andrew Tate's attorneys. Eugen Vidineac. He added that Andrew and his brother, Tristan Tate, are "still determined to clear their name and reputation."

The Tate brothers are among the four defendants accused of forming an organized crime group to carry out human trafficking operation that spans Romania, the UK, and the US. He allegedly recruited seven victims by misleading them about his romantic intentions.

Andrew Tate Facing Legal Troubles in 2 Countries, Including Romania

The "King of Toxic Masculinity" rose to fame in the middle of the pandemic and spread his anti-women rhetoric on the internet, claiming men "own" women in relationships and that women's empowerment is leading to the fall of Western civilization.

He is now facing crimes not just in Romania but also in the United Kingdom, where he has a standing warrant of arrest for human trafficking and sexual assault. He is also facing a civil lawsuit over sexual assault allegations in the country, according to ABC News.

Tate and his brother have denied the allegations, saying that they were the victims of "opportunistic women" and what he calls the "Matrix," a supposed establishment conspiracy that he claims is targeting him because of his controversial views.

Andrew Tate Being Hailed by Far-Right UK Politician Nigel Farage

According to The Guardian, Farage praised Tate for his populist politics and critique of "woke culture," with Tate's misogynistic message going well with Farage's various far-right and anti-immigrant stances.
