Romeo Beckham Quits Soccer at 22 to Pursue Modeling Career
Romeo Beckham, the second son of soccer legend David Beckham, has made a bold career shift at just 22 years old. After trying with Brentford's reserve team and Inter Miami Reserve, Romeo has decided to retire from the soccer field to focus on a new passion: modeling.
Born into the spotlight, Romeo grew up with high expectations in the world of sports, but it seems he's ready to carve out a new path. While he had the chance to continue with Brentford's reserves, Romeo chose to pivot towards the fashion industry, following in the footsteps of his fashion-icon mother, Victoria Beckham.
This isn't Romeo's first departure from soccer. In 2015, after leaving Arsenal's youth ranks, he briefly explored tennis before returning to soccer in 2021. Now, with a fresh focus on fashion, Romeo Beckham is ready to make his mark in a completely different arena.
According to The Sun, Romeo is now setting his sights on making a name for himself in modeling, with hopes of signing with the prestigious Parisian fashion agency Safe Management. He's no stranger to the limelight, having previously appeared in various ad campaigns and now looks forward to a new chapter away from the soccer pitch.
