After La Arrolladora Banda El Limón finished performing a song at an Ecatepec concert, a fight broke out, which killed three and injured 15.

In the confusion and panic, there was a stampede, which led to the tragic deaths of three people, who were taken to the hospital and pronounced dead there. Witnesses said the event happened at around 5 a.m. Sunday. When the fight broke out, gunshots were heard, TV y Novelas noted. There were about 10,000 people in attendance at the concert.

Lupillo Rivera performed at the venue as well. But his performance ended at 12:30 a.m., and he immediately left.

His rep said, "Our deepest condolences to the families who lost loved in this incident. Rest in peace."

The singer had even taken to his social media accounts to thank fans for attending the concert just 15 minutes before 2 a.m.

Jorge Medina, of the La Arrolladora Banda el Limón, was there at the time, and he expressed his disappointment with the organization of the event.

"It's not great that people didn't organize the event well," he said on Twitter. "A hug to all the families who lost their loved ones. More sad than anything."

A video of the incident, which has more than 100,000 views, shows people trying to exit, but whatever is happening is hard to make out, echoing what many seemed to be feeling.

Commenters expressed sadness, and some were very critical of the artists and especially the venue, which appears to be outdoor.

"Keep going to these crap concerts that have the least bit of security," one user said. "Let's keep making these artists and organizers rich, who do not care about the people. They only care about what they are making."
