'Lo Que La Vida Me Robó' Spoilers: José Luis Stalks Montserrat, Causes her to Get in Car Accident

Episode 179: Pedro Medina begins to seek vengeance. José Luis continues to be obsessed with Montserrat. Now, he is spying on her as she showers. Refugio discovers Esmeralda at the park with Erick, and he cannot hide his jealous feelings.
Episode 180: Disguised as Montserrat, Maria tells Alejandro that she sometimes believes that he would be happier with Maria. He says he doesn't believe that, and Maria says she has to go. She promises to give the children a kiss on his behalf. El Alacran tells Anselmo that he should kill Ezequiel. Anselmo then looks for Ezequiel and tells him that he needs to talk to him.
Episode 181: While Ezequiel gives a political talk, El Alacran shoots his gun at him from afar. Montserrat is driving and listening to music when she looks in the rearview mirror and sees José Luis, who says the song reminds him of her. The distraction causes her to crash, and she is unconscious.
Episode 182: Pedro has Carlota tied up, and he tells her that her husband is a delinquent and drug dealer, just like he is. Medina tells Ezequiel to choose between the love of his life and him. He gets to his knees and asks Carlota for forgiveness. He leaves the room, and she yells and asks him not to abandon her.
Episode 183: El Alacran tells Maria that if he ever discovers that she has double crossed him -- even after all he has done for her -- he will have to kill her. Pedro Medina tells Maria that if he does not make it alive, then she will be the one that has to kill Rosario.
