On the one-year anniversary of the death of "Glee" actor Cory Monteith, Lea Michele took to Twitter to honor her late boyfriend.

The 27-year-old singer and actress tweeted a photo of Monteith and included a note:

Following her tweet, Us Weekly reports Michele spent the rest of her day relaxing with friends and her new boyfriend, Matthew Paetz, at San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California.

Michele and Monteith first met on the set of "Glee" and dated for two years prior to Monteith's sudden and tragic death. Although Michele has remained strong and is dating again, she still "misses him every day" says an Us Weekly source.

Other "Glee" members also honored Monteith via Twitter, according to the New York Daily News. Among them were Amber Riley, Matthew Morrison and "Glee" creator Ryan Murphy. "I remember your smile and your warm hugs! 1 year without you and your presence is still felt. Miss and love u everyday big bro," Riley tweeted.
