It has recently been reported that Justin Bieber will have to sit for another deposition in his alleged paparazzo assault case.

The deposition video previously posted by TMZ sees the 20-year-old pop star not taking the allegations seriously at all, and displaying rude and arrogant behavior towards the photographer's lawyer during his initial session.

In the infamous footage, Bieber is seen winking at the camera recording the deposition, and rocking from side to side on his chair, while impolitely telling the lawyer, "I don't have to listen to anything you have to say." At one point, he is even seen pretending to fall asleep before ripping his microphone off and storming out with his attorney.

Moreover, when he was asked about Selena Gomez, specifically whether he ever discussed the paparazzo incident with the "Come & Get It" singer, Justin Bieber refuses to answer, while putting his head in his hands and repeatedly saying, "Don't ask me about her again. Don't ask me about her again."

As a result, a judge has ordered the Canadian singer to be interrogated once again about his on-and-off again girlfriend and this time, he "will have to answer questions he refused to answer last time." Also, the court documents from Miami, Florida state that he will be facing the same lawyer, who undoubtedly seemed to anger the "Bad Day" crooner in the first round in March, and the second deposition will be videotaped again.

Bieber is being sued by Jeffrey Binion, who claims one of the singer's bodyguards choked him and stole his camera's memory card after he tried to take a photo of him leaving a recording studio in June 2013.
