While Kendra Wilkinson has been spotted without her wedding ring, it seems she's not completely ready to call it quits on her marriage to Hank Baskett.

Wilkinson and Baskett have reportedly signed up for marital counseling, notes the Belfast Telegraph. Baskett was caught rumored to having an affair with a transgender model, and now a source said they are getting help.

"Yes, Kendra and Hank are in counseling," the source said. "There is nothing new for them. Both had been seeking help with their issues prior to the scandal: Hank because his father was dying and Kendra because she's had postpartum [depression] in the past. So it only makes sense they're in counseling now too."

The couple is in the middle of shooting episodes for their reality show, "Kendra on Top."

Their problems will be aired on the upcoming season, notes E!

"Everything's going to be addressed on the show, warts and all," a source said. "Production had already been filming Kendra before the scandal broke, so you're really going to see her reaction to everything from the ground up. Nothing about it is inauthentic. The cameras have been there through it all. It's been devastating."

Wilkinson hasn't spoken about whether or not the rumors are true, but a source tells People, that she "cries every day."

One reason Wilkinson hasn't made any decision is because of her kids, the source added.

"She wanted to throw Hank out but couldn't because she is healing [from her daughter's delivery] and needs help with the kids," the source adds.

Wilkinson reportedly found out about the scandal just before it became public. The source said she confronted her husband, but he denied it until the woman took a lie detector test.

"She feels so stupid walking around like her life was so perfect and that her marriage was so solid," the source said. "She feels like such a fool."
