A father in Florida admitted to brutally beating a babysitter after he says he walked in on him raping his 11-year-old son.

Police say the Daytona Beach father beat 18-year-old Raymond Frolander until he was unconscious when he discovered him in the act of sexually molesting his son in bed. Afterwards, the enraged dad called 911 and requested an ambulance for the babysitter.

According to police, Frolander asked the boy to sit on his lap before he took him to a bedroom, pulled down both of their pants down and proceed to sexually batter him.

"I just walked in and found a grown man molesting (my son), and I got him in a bloody puddle for you right now, officer," the dad said during the 911 call, according to the New York Daily News.

"You said the person who assaulted, you beat him up?," the dispatcher said in response.

"Oh yeah, send him an ambulance. He's going to need one," replied the dad.

Although the suspect had to receive hospital care before being taken into custody, Daytona Beach Police Chief Mike Chitwood said the dad will not face charges because of the circumstances.

"Dad reacted like a dad," Chitwood said according to WESH-TV. "He's acting like a father, protecting his son, and he's furious over what has occurred."

Chitwood said Frolander admitted to abusing the boy for at least three years and that he, himself, was also a victim of sexual abuse. Chitwood said, "The young man was in fear that if he didn't comply, he'd get hurt."

"When you're 8-years-old, you're supposed to be out running around the street riding your bike, playing ball, playing video games," Chitwood said, reported Guns.com. "Not worrying when a 15-, 16-, 17-, 18-year-old comes near you, you know what's going to happen when comes near you and touches you. You know what's going to happen when you're alone with him."

Frolander was charged with sexual batter of a juvenile and is being held without bail. He appeared in court Friday with a badly bruised face and swollen eyes.
