'Maroon 5' Adam Levine & Behati Prinsloo Get Married: Victoria Secret Model Ties Knot in Mexico, Celebrity Guests Mingle at Beach Party, Erin Heatherton & Candice Swanepoel Attend
Maroon 5 frontman and "The Voice" judge Adam Levine married his Victoria's Secret model fiancée Behati Prinsloo in a beautiful wedding ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on July 19.
The hot couple exchanged their marriage vows and "I do" at the extravagant Flora Farms in the presence of their closest guests, which included Behati's fellow Victoria's Secret models Erin Heatherton and Candice Swanepoel. Another fellow model Coco Rocha was among the bridesmaids as well.
The 35-year-old singer looked dapper in a fitted tux, while the 25-year old model was just stunning in her Marchesa gown. According to E! News, instead of giving them wedding presents, the newlyweds had asked their guests to make a donation to the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles instead.
Festivities of their wedding started on Friday night when their guest list of a hundred people were taken from their hotels via shuttle to a beach party at El Dorado.
The setting of the wedding was rather laid back, as attendees were casually dressed with pieces of lounge furniture placed on the beach as wedding-goers mingled with wine and margaritas from the bar. Tables were decorated with red flowers, while twinkle lights and candles glowed to illuminate the place when it got dark. While the setting was informal, guests described it to be both lovely and fantastic.
It is a very special event for both of them but more so for the rocker who exclaimed last October that he would never get married. He then said that getting married was not something that people have to do unless they meet a wonderful person that makes them want to marry -- and then they get married, and it's wonderful.
This only means that Levine has finally met the one who made him want to marry, and marry her he did.
