Five years after his death, Michael Jackson is being accused of sexual abuse.

James Safechuck starred in a Pepsi commercial with the singer in the 1980s, and his lawyers want to sue Jackson's estate on molestation allegations. Safechuck said he was molested more than 100 times in four years, notes AZ Central.

Jackson estate lawyer Howard Weitzman believes Safechuck's claims should be dismissed.

"Mr. Safechuck's request to file a late claim against the Jackson Estate so he can recover money from Michael's beneficiary will hopefully be rejected," Weitzman said. "This is a person that made his claim five years after Michael died, more than 20 years after the incidents supposedly happened and has given sworn testimony that Michael never did anything inappropriate to him."

In the court documents, Safechuck's attorney says that Jackson "lured" Safechuck and his parents into "a false sense of security."

"And [Jackson] was successful in his efforts to the point that [Safechuck] endured repeated acts of sexual abuse of a heinous nature and was brainwashed by the decedent into believing they were acts of love and instigated by James himself rather than the decedent," the documents said.

Safechuck slept in Jackson's bed in 1988 during the Bad tour and that he used secret words for sex, according to the documents.

The documents also said that Jackson conducted a secret wedding ceremony between the two.

In May, a source talked about the sex abuse claims, according to the Daily Beast.

"It's the same type of sex abuse claims as Wade's," the source said.

And the source added that Safechuck decided to come forward after Wade Robson came out with allegations in 2013. And though he initially denied being sexually abused, therapy helped him come to grips with it.

In the Daily Beast article, Christopher Anderson, the executive director of MaleSurvivor.org, also spoke out about the possibilty of the allegations being true after so many years.

"It is very common for males who are sexually abused to delay disclosure for a long time," Anderson said. "In fact, research shows that the average delay in disclosure for men who have been sexually assaulted is 20 years."

There will be a hearing about the petition on Sept. 4.
