CM Punk will play a big part in WWE 2K15.

There are two rivalries that will be featured in the video game, according to What Culture.

Triple H and Shawn Michaels' rivalry from 2002 to 2004, and John Cena and CM Punk's rivalry will be prominently featured in the Showcase story mode.

CM Punk was rumored to be included in the game in January.

"The moment Triple H ended his longtime friendship with 'The Heartbreak Kid' by slamming him with a Pedigree was a defining moment in WWE history," said Chris Snyder, Vice President of Marketing at 2K. "No fan can deny the fierce competition marking the notorious battles waged between Cena and Punk. These two rivalries are firmly etched in WWE history, and 2K Showcase enables fans to take part in those memorable experiences."

The rivalries are supposed to play out just as fans saw them on television. There will be interviews to give it that feel.

Executive game director Mark Little further explained what the story mode will be like.

"The 'WWE 2K15' story mode has been rebranded as the 2K Showcase to focus on the top rivalries in WWE history," he said. "In the format that we are using for these showcases is a mini-documentary style ... Set up at mini-documentary style packages including video assets and scripted commentary up-to-date historically accurate characters and events. Players are able to play through 33 matches across two rivalries that tell the story of those rivalries."

The game developers wanted to appeal to WWE fans of different generations.

Shawn Michaels, who has been featured in many of these games, said he thought this year's game brought him face-to-face with more cameras than he's ever been in front of at once.

Michaels added that the game will let fans see matches that fans never got to see.

"One of those I'm very excited about is the character Sting," he said. "He is brand new to WWE as a whole. I never got a chance to wrestle him."
