Previously on "Mi Corazón Es Tuyo, Fernando and Ana continue to grow closer, but just as quickly, the two try to distance themselves from each other. Fernando has proposed to Isabela, and Johnny proposes to Ana. (Catch up on Episodes 16 to 20 here.)

Here's what happens in Episodes 21-25:

Episode 21: Ana, Fernando, the twins and Luz go get their faces painted. Fernando only agrees to it after Ana agrees. Briana, who is Alicia's friend, ends up talking to Nando. The two realize they have many things in common. Yolanda notices that Isabela is nauseous, so Isabela ends up taking a pregnancy test. She finds out she's pregnant with Fernando's baby. Ana visits Johnny, who is drunk and tries to forcefully kiss her. She and Fernando end up kissing for the first time while sober.

Episode 22: Isabela tells Fernando that she's pregnant, which catches him off guard. Nando tells Ana that he thought his dad looked odd. Ana realizes that Fernando is behaving weirdly, and she asks him what's wrong. But he doesn't respond. Fernando confesses to Nando that he fell in love with Ana, but that Isabela was pregnant.

Episode 23: Nando tells his dad about Ximena and Briana, and how he feels conflicted about his feelings about the two. Jennifer tells Johnny that she is leaving because she can't continue to see him destroying himself. She adds that he'll never get Ana if he continues to go down this path. Fernando talks to Isabela and says the right thing for them to do is to get married.

Episode 24: Isabela tells Fernando that she loves him, and she's very happy. She wants Fernando to make an official announcement. Ana asks Nando about his dad, but he doesn't want to tell her. Nicolas misunderstands Fernando when he says he's getting married again. He thinks Fernando is marrying Ana, so he gives Ana a heads up. Luz overhears and tells her siblings.

Episode 25: Fernando tells Ana that he's marrying Isabela. He tries to explain himself, but she doesn't want to know anything more. When his children find out, they are also upset with him. Fanny asks Isabela if she got pregnant on purpose. Jennifer gets her results from her doctor, and she finds that she may have cancer.
