'Keeping Up WIth The Kardashians' Cast & Burglary Update: Kardashian Sisters Refusing to Film 'KUWTK' Until Thief is Caught?
We might not be "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" anytime soon as Kim, Kourtney and Khloe have refused to film Season 10 of the reality show. Family sources told TMZ whoever has stolen tens of thousands of dollars from the sister's homes works for the show, and therefore they refuse to film.
There's trouble in paradise for reality queens Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian as a large sum of money and jewelry has gone missing from their own homes. The serial robberies are suspected to be an inside job by their own "KUWTK" crewmembers. So far, there have been three thefts, "$4,000 taken from Kourtney's Hampton's rental, $50,000 stolen from Kourtney's Calabasas home and $250,000 in jewelry taken from Khloe's house."
Police have found no forced entries in any of the three occurrences.
The three sisters want producers to force the crew to take lie-detector tests since they have taken all measures possible to prevent another robbery. They have hired additional security, installed more surveillance cameras and are even rotating staff. Even through all of this, the thief or thieves have not been caught.
Season 10 of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" is set to begin filming in October, but recording will be put on hold until the thieves are behind bars.
Apparently, the robberies have been going on for a while. Back in March, TMZ reported two of the first hits. Jewelry worth $250,000 was stolen from Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's then home in Tarzana, and $50,000 was taken from Kourtney's Calabasas mansion. The investigation of the filming crew has been going on ever since, but it seems like officials are dealing with quite the sneaky expert.
It's the mystery of the stolen Kardashian goods. Good luck to the family, and hopefully the thief will be caught in time to prevent any "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" delays. Yikes!
