For the second year in a row, Forbes has named Sofia Vergara the highest paid actress on television.

Based on the 14th annual Celebrity 100, Forbes writes that the "Modern Family" actress made $30 million over the past year, which makes her the top-earning prime time actress by a longshot. The second highest paid actresses, Kaley Cuoco ("The Big Bang Theory") and Mariska Hargitay ("Law and Order: SVU") earned $11 million this year. Vergara topped the list last year making $19 million.

Originally from Colombia, Vergara has managed to rack up the most celebrity endorsement deals, partly because she's bilingual. Aside from a Kmart fashion line, the 41-year-old actress has endorsement deals with Covergirl, Diet Pepsi, Comcast, Rooms To Go, State Farm and thyroid medicine Synthroid. Vergara also does Spanish-language commercials for laundry detergent.

According to Forbes, Vergara's Kmart line has made its parent company SEARS Brands quite happy, as the Hispanic demographic is one of their main targets. The Kardashians, who were part of a five-way tie for No. 4 on the list, are endorsed by SEARS as well. Yes, the Kardashians and former "Housewife" Bethenny Frankel are on the list, as Forbes considers reality TV acting.

Other actresses in the Top 10 include "Mike & Molly" star Melissa McCarthy, "30 Rock" creator and star Tina Fey, and "Grey's Anatomy" star Ellen Pompeo, who all made $10 million (the same as the Kardashians and Frankel).

While Vergara once again is the highest paid TV actress, she is also a talented one. Vergara was nominated for an Emmy this year for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy for her portrayal of Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on "Modern Family." This is her fourth consecutive nomination for her role on the critically praised ABC comedy.

Vergara is also the executive producer of the upcoming ABC drama "Killer Women," which stars "Battlestar Galactica" actress Tricia Helfer. In addition to Vergara's multiple TV appearances, the actress can be seen on the big screen in Robert Rodriguez's upcoming action flick "Machete Kills," premiering Oct. 11. Season 5 of "Modern Family" premieres Sept. 25.
