Drake joined in on a current trend and added his name to the Ice Bucket Challenge list while making a stop in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, during the Drake vs. Lil Wayne joint summer tour.

The Toronto emcee took the viral challenge to raise awareness for ALS, as known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, on Sunday. After dumping a bucket of ice water on his head, he nominated Beyoncé to take the plunge next.

The "Drunk in Love" hitmaker now has 24 hours to respond, to either take the challenge or donate a minimum of $10 to The ALS Association. Otherwise, she has to give at least $100 to cancer research.

The crowd at the weekend concert cheered, when the "Nothing Was the Same" rapper took off his shirt immediately after getting wet. Drizzy then took to his Instagram account to share a photo capturing the moment.

"Ice Bucket Challenge we out heeeeeeere! The purpose is to donate money though people!!! Support the cause!" he wrote the following caption.

On the same day, Drake's one-time love rival/now-friend Chris Brown also accepted the challenge and got soaked in the name of the charity. He Instagrammed a video of a bucket of ice water being poured down over his head, nominating his fellow hip-hop artists Trey Songz, Bow Wow and Tyga.

"ALS challenge!" he captioned the clip.

Meanwhile, the Young Money rapper seemingly threw shade at Brown while making a tour stop in Chicago recently. He made fun of the R&B singer's hit "Loyal" and the accompanying music video.

"That sh*t sounds like a f*cking car commercial or some sh*t," he said to the audience. "That's what y'all cheering for? This n*gga Tyga at the movie theatre with Chris and sh*t."
