When William Levy does something for his children, he goes all out.

Earlier in the year, Levy threw his children a carnival-themed party. Now, he was making his son's dreams come true.

The proud father shared a video of his son playing catch with Marlins pitcher Henderson Alvarez. He said, "My Champion chasing a Dream!!! before the #Marlins game thanks..."

And the specialness of the moment was not lost on Levy's son, Christopher.

He also shared a picture on Instagram detailing the visit. He said, "In the marlins locker room!! Thank you #Alvarez #hechavarria #Valdespin #Solano and of course thank you daddy! @willlevy"

Levy recently did something special for his daughter, too.

He took his youngest child on a daddy-daughter date. Levy shared a collage of he and his daughter heading out, which show everything from him helping her into the car to his holding her hand while driving.

The actor has proven to be very dedicated to his children.

Although he was easily a leading man in telenovelas, he called it quits almost a year ago. Instead, he decided to try his luck at Hollywood because the schedules were better.

"At least over there [in the United States], you work intensively for three months during filming and then you rest for two [months] to spend time and relax with your family and kids," he said. "I think it's too much work for now; it's tiring. Telenovelas is the most unavoidable work from theater and film. It's really difficult. There are too many hours involved."

Levy is certainly not exaggerating about the workload that telenovelas bring. Unlike sitcoms or dramas that are only shown once a week, telenovelas air Monday through Friday. Any breaks that come are very short, so actors are filming the series until nearly the very end. And, depending on how successful they are, shows may run for longer.
