Baby North West & Kim Kardashian News: Nori Takes First Steps with Mom Kim Kardashian
The daughter of rapper Kanye West and reality TV star Kim Kardashian has taken her first steps in San Diego. The baby girl walked alongside her denim-clad mother as her grandma, Kris Jenner, followed close behind.
The photo shows the mother-daughter pair walking hand-in-hand down the streets of La Jolla, according to the Mirror. While Kim, 33, is wearing an atrocious ensemble comprised of a denim pencil skirt and a chambray shirt. Baby North, however, wore a white tank top tucked into tiny ripped jeans that suited the 14-month-old baby well.
Though these are the first images of Baby North walking, they are not her first steps. Kardashian told E! News that the toddler has been walking for some time.
"If we're outside on the grass, it's like a full marathon. She'll run -- she'll do whatever. Inside, she's just a little more cautious. She wants you to hold her hand, or she has this little shopping cart that she likes to walk around,” Kim told E! News, according to the Mirror.
The Daily Express adds that Kim explained Baby North took her first steps last month during a swimming lesson. In an Instagram photo, Kim explained her daughter’s new milestone in the caption: "Our baby girl finished one week of swimming lessons today then took her 1st steps right when she got out of the pool!!!!"
However, it is probably good that Baby North has begun to walk at this age since soon her parents will be moving into a gargantuan $20 million estate near Grandma Kris’s home. Hollywood Gossip says that the baby is thoroughly spoiled by her parents.
In her new home, the toddler will enjoy mini gold toilets, similar to ones present at her parents’ wedding. Hollywood Gossip adds that Kim and Kanye have given the baby a handbag collection with a price tag reaching six figures and a $1 million jewelry collection.
