One lucky person who purchased a Mega Millions lottery ticket in Riverside County, California is now a multi-millionaire.

The winner matched all six numbers in Friday night's lottery drawing, which was worth $180 million.

The lucky numbers were 5-31-34-41-74 and Mega number 3.

In addition to the winner, the 7-Eleven convenience store in Calimesa that sold the winning ticket will also get a cut of the jackpot.

"The retailer gets half a percentage of the winnings, which in this case is $900,000," said Cathy Baker of the California Lottery, according to KCAL9.

The co-owner of the store said that she and her husband have "been working hard" for more than a decade, and that the winning came as a pleasant surprise that she has long hoped for.

"Every ticket I sell to a customer, I'm hoping 'this one is the winner,'" said Monira Begum, who has owned the convenience store with her husband for 12 years.

Begum will have to split their earnings with 7-Eleven and a portion will be taken out in taxes. Still, she says that she plans to share some of her earnings with the employee who sold the lottery ticket at her store.

"They do hard work for me, so of course I wanna share this happy moment," Begum said.

Another person won the $1 million second prize during Friday night's draw, while 45 other winners were able to win the Match 4 + 1, and each walked away with $5,000. Each $5,000 lottery winner matched four out of five white Mega Millions winning numbers and the gold Mega Ball number.

The overall odds of winning any Mega Millions prize are about 1-in-15, but the odds of winning the jackpot are about 1-in-259 million.

There are nine ways to win the Mega jackpots, which start at $15 million. Plus, it only costs $1 to get in the game.

According to the website, Mega Millions is the biggest jackpot game in the country.
