As many TV fans can recall, the Season 5 finale of NBC's "Parenthood" was emotionally gripping and left fans desperately wanting more.

One of the big cliffhangers was whether or not Amber got pregnant after she and Ryan rekindled their old flame. After the two hooked up, Amber walked into a convenience store and purchased a pregnancy test in the last episode.

However, a new video teaser has basically confirmed that she is indeed pregnant.

The teaser video, which aired Monday night during the 66th Emmy Awards, shows Amber in a doctor's office looking at her sonogram, reports Enstarz.

The ad also shows the Braverman family enjoying a candle-light dinner, Sarah giving Hank a big hug and Zeek sharing encouraging words with Drew.

"You are an extraordinary young man," he tells him.

During a recent interview with TV Guide, executive producer Jason Katims revealed that a cohesive and inclusive storyline will run throughout the entire sixth season.

"We wanted to have a strong central story that would bring everybody together, that would touch everybody in the show," the EP said. "I felt like the one thing that was sort of similar was [Kristina's] breast cancer story line in Season 4, but I think that this one has the weight of that, but will actually even be more impactful on the entire cast."

Katims didn't disclose details about the main storyline that will bring the entire family together, but he did tease that it will reflect a "changing of the guard" within the Braverman family hierarchy.

"One of the things that I feel this show is about is about the generations in a family," he said. "We want to do a story that shows what winds up happening in life when our four adult siblings get to a certain point where they're getting to be middle-aged and they're getting to that point where the tables are starting to turn a little bit. We hinted at it in the last episode of last season of Adam sort of becoming the patriarch of the family."

Season 6 of "Parenthood" is slated to begin on Sept. 25 on NBC.
