In addition to ignoring her ex-husband's request to keep their children off of reality television, Kate Gosselin is also ignoring Jon Gosselin's court-ordered visitation rights to see their children, Web Pro News reports.

According to Life & Style, Jon is so infuriated with Kate's recent attempt to keep him away from their kids that he may file for full custody of their eight children.

"He would love to take her to court and get total custody of his kids," says a Life & Style source. "He doesn't want them on TV and he doesn't want Kate's influence on them. He'll do whatever it takes."

The Life & Style source adds, "They [The children] love spending time with Jon and wish they could see him more."

Last month, we reported TLC's new season of "Kate Plus 8" is to premiere in the fall against Jon's wishes.

During an interview with Oprah last year, Jon expressed his opposition towards his children growing up on reality-TV. He explained his belief that his kids suffer from development issues due to their time spent in the spotlight on reality television.

"Yes, they got to travel the world, and yes, they got these fabulous things, and yes, they have trust funds, and they're taken care of educationally," Jon said on Oprah's "Where Are They Now? OWN special. "Great, but developmentally, they have problems with their peers, and they have problems with talking to other people, and they have problems with wants and needs and manners and morals and what's right and what's wrong. I think more so than someone who grows up off TV."

Despite Jon's feelings towards their children appearing on reality-TV, Kate has proceeded to follow through with "Kate Plus 8's" upcoming season and now allegedly keeps the kids away from their father.

If Kate continues to prevent the children from seeing their father, Jon could "file for a modification of the custody agreement, family law expert Goldie Schon tells Life & Style.

So far, there has been no confirmation on Jon Gosselin's file for full custody of his kids.
