In honor of "The Little Rascals'" 20th anniversary last month, the "TLR" cast collaborated with 22 Vision production company for an updated photo shoot reenacting scenes from the classic 90's film.

"The message behind the shoot is embracing who you are," 22 Vision founder, Brian Pocrass told HuffPost Entertainment. "Obviously getting back into the character can be uncomfortable, but it's about embracing who you were as a child."

Procrass also revealed that Brittany Ashton Holmes, who played the role of Darla in the film, was the hardest to persuade to do the shoot.

"When I first reached out to her [Brittany], she wasn't into it," Pocrass continued. She had gone off the grid and hadn't made another feature film since "The Little Rascals." "Like a lot of child actors, she was guarded, but after we spoke on the phone for a while, she trusted me. This wasn't about the tabloid. It was more about the film. It all stems from the fact that they just wanted to see each other."

In addition to "The Little Rascals" revamped photo shoot, 22 Vision production company is also responsible for shooting "The "Problem Child" reunion and the "School of Rock" reunion, The Huffington Post reports.

"I try to target casts that have not been reunited before," Pocrass explained to "THP." "These ones haven't been properly celebrated."

On Wednesday, "The Little Rascals" cast members Travis Tedford (Spanky), Blake McIver (Waldo), and Zac Mabry (Porky) all tweeted photos from the 22 Vision photoshoot. Check them out below.

The now adult rascals also spoke to Entertainment Tonight about the movie and the impact it's had over the years.

"When you get older and realize that we are part of a lot of people's nostalgia, that's a powerful thing," Bug Hall (Alfalfa) told ET. Ross Bagley (Buckwheat) added, "I think we're all surprised about how classic the film was and how it really just grew and it's still something people reference today."
