Khloe Kardashian Weight Gain 2014: 'KUWTK' Reality Star Reveals Putting On '10 Pounds or Even More' This Summer
Khloé Kardashian recently revealed that she gained at least 10 pounds while filming the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" spinoff "Kourtney & Khloé Take the Hamptons" this summer.
The 30-year-old reality star took to her Twitter account on Sept. 4, admitting that she has been slacking off and asking her followers for workout tips:
Started working out again this week after slacking for a few months while taping in the Hamptons.

When a fan commented that she does not look like she has gained any weight, Kardashian tweeted:

The "KUWTK" star later posted a video of herself working out with her personal trainer Gunnar Peterson on Instagram.
Earlier this year, Khloé Kardashian showed off her slimmed down figure during the family vacation in Thailand. At the time, Peterson unveiled her fitness regime and diet plan. "Khloé works so hard. She's killing it in the gym. There are no shortcuts," he told E! News.
"You get definition from repetition ... that includes repetition in the act of going to the gym," he continued. "Khloé comes in three, four, five times a week, and that's someone who has an incredibly demanding schedule."
Gunnar Peterson also recommended consuming fruits, vegetables and plenty of water. "Try to eat food in its closest to natural state as possible. If you eat sugar, eat it early in the day. Sugar is like white death!" he added. "Eat defensively. If you are going to an event, eat beforehand, so you can combat the finger foods and avoid temptation."
