Britney Spears's attorneys have reportedly sent a letter to her ex-boyfriend's alleged mistress.

Britney Spears Unlike normal relationships, when you date Britney Spears you are required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Now Britney's lawyers are warning Cali Lee to keep her mouth shut about anything she might have learned about the pop star while dating David Lucado at the same time.

The "Work B****" singer's legal team has sent a nasty letter to the well known porn star who was caught on tape kissing Britney's then boyfriend David Lucado. The letter explained that David was bound to secrecy by Britney's team and therefore, as his "side chick" she must abide by the agreement also. The letter might have been worded a bit more harshly than that, but you get the idea.

However, Cali Lee never signed any actual agreement, and has nothing to do with what Lucado was required to do for Britney. After receiving the notice from Britney's team, Ms. Lee contacted her own lawyer who confirmed to her she is not bound to any agreement and therefore can say whatever she wants.

One part of the letter, obtained by TMZ, has been revealed reading: "Rest assured that our client has the resources and the resolve to pursue this matter no matter what the financial cost or outlay in time." Either they want to keep this woman from describing the details of the affair to spare Britney further embarrassment or Britney has some deep secrets she doesn't want the world to know.
