Latin Social Media Roundup: Luis Fonsi Shares Wedding Photos & Jose Lechuga Proposes
Love is in the air for Latino stars, who have been sharing happy pictures of their significant others.
Luis Fonsi shared a photograph of himself and his new wife, model Agueda Lopez, on their wedding day. The singer posted the image to his Facebook page, which has more than 12 million fans, showing him holding his bride around the waist in their big-day finest. Captioning the photo, Fonsi said "my wife is so beautiful" with the hashtag "Just Married." The couple were married Wednesday at a winery in Napa Valley, California.
Fonsi, 36, and Lopez have a 2-year-old daughter, Mikaela, who was also at the ceremony. He has been previously married to Adamari Lopez, who hosts the Telemundo morning program "Un Nuevo Dia."
Fonsi has recently joined the Spanish-language channel as a judge on the talent show "Yo Soy El Artista," along with Olga Tañon and Mario Quintero Lara, among others.
In future wedding news, the lead singer of Cumbre Norteña, Jose Lechuga, proposed to Marisol Terrazas. The Horoscopos de Durango singer posted the news on Instagram in two parts on Monday, first a picture of the couple kissing, saying the photo was of the pair "celebrating." Immediately it was followed by another picture of Terrazas' left hand with the Latin Grammy-winner's new gorgeous engagement ring.
Lechuga also shared with fans on Instagram, posting a picture of the couple smiling together and another shot of the diamond ring in the jewelry box. He has since been retweeting pictures and messages of congratulations on his engagement on Twitter.
On Thursday, Lechuga posted a quote that read "stop waiting for the right person to come into your life. Be the right person to come to someone's life."
The couple has been dating on-and-off for a long while, but it looks like they are definitely back on!
